Who we are.

We started Breakfast after decades in agencies, software vendors, and integrators. One thing became clear: companies know how to run their business. But when it comes to digital change, things often get messy. Projects drag on. Budgets creep. And advice is too often shaped by what a vendor can sell, not what the business actually needs. We built Breakfast to fix that: independent, pragmatic, and technically grounded support to help organisations navigate change with confidence.
